Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
ice cream sandwiches
cool whip
candy bar (we used a Heath bar)
Line a bread pan with parchment paper. Layer ice cream sandwiches and cool whip. Top with crushed candy bar. Freeze over night. Remove from pan and throw away parchment paper. Slice and serve.

HeeHee! I'm loving this! This was one of the very first things I made for Ian and he was in love with it! I think it sealed the deal! Little did he know it was pretty easy and said absolutely nothing about my cooking skills! :) I'm getting better! Excited to see you in a few weeks! :)
